You also receive an email notification with the required invoicing details and the specific number of days for invoicing once the client has accepted the visual material.

Your address: Full address, including country, email, phone number

Number of photo-/videographer days*daily rate

Small expenses (lump sum) for production and travel days*daily rate
Travel and accommodation expenses: Additional expenses for travel, accommodation, or COVID-19 prevention material. Please note, receipts are needed!
Your bank details: Full name of bank account holder (your name); Your address; Account number/IBAN; Full name of the bank; Bank address; SWIFT code; Account currency. We try to transfer the funds in your account currency to reduce transaction costs.
Payoneer: If you’d like to get paid via Payoneer (recommended for fast payments), please share your Payoneer email address.
