Change of creator rates from CHF to EUR in December 2023

Modified on Wed, 20 Dec 2023 at 03:39 PM

We've changed our invoicing and payment system from CHF to EUR in December 2023 because EUR is a global and more stable currency. This simplifies the invoicing and payment process, reduces currency exchange risks and reduces banking fees for you during the payment process.

We understand that this change may temporarily results in a slightly lower rate. However, due to the changing CHF/EUR exchange rate, our rates increased by exactly this amount since we raised our rates in spring 2023 which made it more difficult for us to offer competitive prices to our customers. Our change of currency effectively corrects this exchange rate error and set the rates to where they were intended to be.

Of course, contracts that were negotiated with CHF can be invoiced in CHF. Only contracts that were negotiated in EUR will be billed in EUR.

We will continue to transfer your payments in your local account currency whenever possible to reduce the bank fees for you. Only the invoicing process is affected by the change of currency.
