FairConsent has privacy and security as top priorities. Here’s how your data is protected:

1. Local Storage

Consent data is securely stored on your device until it is uploaded or exported.
This ensures data remains under your control while working offline.

2. Secure Syncing and Uploading

Data uploads to platforms like Fairpicture are encrypted to protect it during transmission.
Only authorized users can access uploaded consents.

3. Compliance with Privacy Laws

FairConsent adheres to global privacy regulations, such as GDPR, ensuring lawful data handling.
The Fairpicture Platform is hosted in Switzerland. Data does not cross borders except to the location of the client.

4. Data Deletion

All consent data is deleted from the app once a project is completed, ensuring no residual data remains locally.
If required, consents are automatically deleted from the Fairpicture platform after transmission to the client's database.
