1 Project request

The client submits a new project request with the most important information.

2 Estimation

Fairpicture estimates the scope of the assignment.

3 Request Visual creator

Fairpicture requests a Visual Creator. The Visual creator and the client receive a notification via email.

4a Confirm availability

The visual creator confirms their availability.

4b Decline project

The Visual creator declines the project. In this case, back to step 3.

5 Offer

Fairpicture makes an offer. The client receives a notification via e-mail and reviews the offer and portfolio of the Visual creator on the project page.

6a Accept offer

The client accepts the offer. The client and the Visual creator receive a notification via email that the offer is confirmed and the project underway.

6b Request changes

The client requests changes to the offer and receives a confirmation via email that Fairpicture will make a new offer. Back to step 5.

Briefing

7 Briefing

The client fills in the briefing; collaborators added by the client receive an invitation via email to edit the brief. The client submits the completed briefing and receives a confirmation email that the briefing will be reviewed.

8a Accept briefing

Fairpicture checks and accepts the briefing and sends it to the Visual creator. The Visual creator receives a notification via email.

8b Request changes

Fairpicture requests changes to the briefing. The client receives a notification via email with the requested changes. Back to step 7.

9 Accept briefing

The Visual creator reviews and accepts the briefing. Changes can be requested via chat by the Visual creator. The client receives a notification via email that the Visual creator accepted the briefing. The organisational contact listed in the briefing receives an email with access to the briefing. Production starts.

10 Upload material & complete production

The Visual creator uploads the material according to the post production guidelines of Fairpicture. As soon as all the material is uploaded, the Visual creator confirms that production is completed.

11a Accept material

Fairpicture reviews and accepts the material and sends it to the client. The Visual creator and the client receive a notification via email.

11b Request changes

Fairpicture requests changes to the material. The Visual creator receives a notification via email with the requested changes. Back to step 10.

12a Accept material & feedback

The client reviews and accepts the material and gives a short feedback for the Visual creator.

The client requests changes to the material. The Visual creator receives a notification via email with the requested changes. Back to step 10.

13 Finish production

Fairpicture confirms that production is finished. The Visual creator receives a notification via email with the client feedback and an invoice request.

Payment

14 Upload invoice & receipts

The Visual creator uploads their invoice and receipts.

15a Request changes invoice

Fairpicture requests changes to the invoice. The Visual creator receives a notification via email with the requested changes. Back to step 14.

15b Initiate payment VC

Fairpicture initiates the payment for the Visual creator. The Visual creator receives a notification via email.

16 Upload client invoice

Fairpicture uploads the invoice for the client. The client receives a notification via email.

17 Confirm payment

Fairpicture confirms the payment as soon as the invoice is paid. The client receives a notification via email.

18 Debriefing

The client and the Visual creator receive an email with a link where they can give feedback to the project.

19 Project completed

The project is now completed and can be found under the tab “completed projects”.
