The FairConsent app seamlessly integrates with the Fairpicture platform, simplifying how you capture, manage, and secure participant consent forms on-location.

Getting Started with the FairConsent App.

Why Use FairConsent?

Cost-Free: The app is entirely free to use for all authorized Fairpicture projects.
Offline Functionality: Built for the field, the app works entirely offline. You can collect consents anywhere without needing an active internet connection; your data will automatically sync once you are back online.

Follow these step-by-step instructions to link your project and manage your consents efficiently:
1. Open the App:

Launch the Fairconsent app to access the home screen.

2. Access the Menu:

Tap the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) located in the top-right corner of the screen to open the main menu.

3.Select and Scan :

Choose "Fairpicture Projects" from the menu options, then proceed to scan your project's QR code directly from the Fairpicture platform. .

4. Scan the QR Code on the Fairpicture Platform

Open the project view page on the Fairpicture platform.
On the right side of the page, scroll down to the Visual Creator Profile section. Directly beneath it, you will find the project's unique QR code.
A dynamic tooltip is positioned right above the QR code, indicating its current sync status. Before you begin, this tooltip will explicitly show that the code has not yet been scanned.

Use the app to scan the QR code.
This will automatically sync the project information with the app.
Once you scan the QR code using your device, the tooltip status will instantly update to confirm that the connection was successful.

3. Collect Consent Forms

Proceed with recording consents as usual within the synced project.
