Are videos delivered with subtitles?
Videos are generally delivered without subtitles. However, the option for transcription and translation is available.
Costs for subtitles are a service fee per language as well as the effective costs for the translated and/or transcribed video material.
How are the subtitles delivered?
The subtitle files will be delivered to you on Canto as SRT files.
Are voice over translations possible for videos?
We do not organise voice over translations. However, we can organise translated subtitles of the voice over.
How do I open SRT files?
SRT subtitles are entirely text-based, which means you can open them using a word-processing program, such as Notepad on Windows. TextEdit is a useful alternative to open or edit SRT files for macOS users.
