Where can I see the image material? 

You can see and access the image material using the View visual material button under Media Files on your project page. Please make sure to download all the material as soon as possible.

I get an error message when I try to download the image material. 

Please try downloading the image material using another browser.

If it still does not work, please send us send us a screen recording to projects@fairpicture.org which clearly shows at what point the error happens.

How long can I access the image material for?

All of your photos will be available on our platform for one year, videos for six months. We recommend that you download them right away.

After this time, the image material is archived. Contact us if you need access to archived material: info@fairpicture.org .
