To see if consent has been obtained for the person depicted in a photo/video,

  1. Login to the Fairpicture Platform and go to the relevant project page
  2. Click on ‘View visual material’ (Media Files)
  3. On the top right of the page, click on the filter sign
  4. Scroll down until `Model Release Status` appears and choose the corresponding filter
    • “Unlimited Model Releases”: Consent has been obtained according to our consent guidelines.

    • “Limited or Incomplete Model Releases”: These visuals don’t comply with our consent guidelines.

    • “Not Applicable”: These visuals don’t require consent being obtained according to our consent guidelines.

We encourage you to only publish visuals where consent has been obtained. Should you intend to publish visuals where no consent could have been obtained, please mention that no consent has been obtained for this photo/video.
