The project chat messages are available in each project and include two channels.
You can choose between two different channels:
You can chat with the Client & Fairpicture, or with Fairpicture Only.
In order to create a truly co-creative project, we encourage you to communicate directly with each other using the Client & Fairpicture chat everything concerning the project.
The Fairpicture only chat is for issues that are relevant to the contract, concerning the platform, payment, or other concerns you would like Fairpicture's support with.
Please contact us immediately via the project conversations in case of:
- Difficulties during the project on site such as briefing components cannot be fulfilled / you do not receive the needed support / additional demands to the briefing are made /...)
- Additional need for production or post-production time
