How a project works for visual creators

  1. You receive a request from us with the location, required deliverables and time slot.
  2. You confirm your availability if you're interested in the project and available during the suggested time slot.
  3. Fairpicture provides the client with a quote and your portfolio.
  4. The client confirms the contract and you block the time slot.
  5. The client submits a project brief using the briefing template on the platform, providing you with detailed information about the project.
  6. You give your feedback on the project brief to the client and/or Fairpicture.
  7. You then get in touch with the local contact person to organise the assignment during the previously defined time slot. Organisation includes travel to the project, accommodation, and/or everything that is noted in the brief that is to be organised and/or agreed on directly between you and the local contact person.
  8. Production takes place.
  9. You upload all material (including metadata and consent forms) to the upload link provided on the project page before the deadline indicated in the project details. Should you face any delays, please inform us and the client proactively in the project conversations.
  10. Fairpicture checks if the quality, metadata and consent comply with our guidelines before forwarding the material to the client.
  11. You upload your invoice including all expenses for travelling and accommodation (including receipts) and we pay you within 5-10 days.
