Why should you not bypass Fairpicture?

A direct assignment bypassing Fairpicture with a visual creator with whom the job went smoothly and who delivered great visual material is tempting. However, doing so would undermine our mission to fundamentally change how storytelling about the Global South is done, as well as our business model, which we view as a tool to implement this structural change. We need your dedication and commitment in order to make fair visual communication the new normal. Thank you for being part of this mission as a customer of Fairpicture!

Legal basis for bypassing Fairpicture

As a client, with accepting the terms and conditions you agreed to not conduct any business with visual creators who have been suggested and/or arranged by Fairpicture or who have been commissioned by Fairpicture without the involvement of Fairpicture, with immediate effect and for a period of 5 years from the conclusion of your original project.
