Who from my organisation has access to the project(s)?

Members of the same organisation can individually register on the Fairpicture platform. Individuals from the same organisation will have access to all their organisation's projects on the Fairpicture platform. They also have the possibility to follow projects and enable notifications for messages in a project.

You can also invite a colleague or coworker to register as your team member.

Project Lead

The person who submitted the project request is defined as Project Lead on the platform. 

The name of the person who is Project Lead is visible in the client information box on the right-hand side of the project page. Only the Project Lead receives email notifications by default from the project. It makes sense to change the Project Lead e.g. when you go on holiday.

Changing the Project Lead

If you would like to change the person who is Project Lead, we will do this for you. Please contact us using the project chat, or write to projects@fairpicture.org.

Please indicate the Project Reference and which member from your organisation will be the Project Lead when you're away. Anyone who registered in the name of your organisation can be Project Lead.
