Adding a colleague to the project

You can invite a colleague to register as your team member so they have access to your organisation's projects.


1. Click on your avatar at the top right of the page. 

2. Click on My User Profile.

3. Under My organisation, click the Edit button. 



4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter the email address of your colleague and click on Invite team member

5. Your colleague will get an email with instructions about how create their own profile within your organisation.


All registered members of the same organisation have access to all their organisation's projects on the Fairpicture platform.


If you would just like to invite a colleague to work with you on completing the brief without giving them access to all projects of your organisation, you can invite them as collaborator when opening the brief.
