The project chat messages are available in each project and include two channels.
You can choose between two different channels:
You can chat with the Creator & Fairpicture, or with Fairpicture Only.
In order to create a truly co-creative project, we encourage you to communicate directly with each other using the Creator & Fairpicture channel for everything concerning the project.
The Fairpicture only channel is for issues that are relevant to the contract, concerning the platform, payment, or other concerns you would like Fairpicture's support with.
Whenever possible, please use the project chats on the platform. In exceptional or emergency cases you can also contact us via projects@fairpicture.org.
