FairConsent offers two methods for individuals to confirm their consent, depending on their preference:
Picture Confirmation (Thumbs Up)
- Tap "with picture".
- Ask the individual to pose with a thumbs-up gesture.
- Press the red button to capture the photo.
Retake or Save the photo.
Signature Confirmation
- Tap "with signature".
- Ask the individual to sign in the box using their finger or stylus.
- Tap Save to store it or Delete to redo.
Let the subject choose the method they prefer.
