How and where do I upload the visual material?

In the production / post-production phase of the project, a button named Upload visual material appears at the top of the project page in the action box. 

1. Click on this button and automatically the Canto upload space opens. 
2. Drag the files into this window or add them by clicking the + Upload Files button. 
3. When you've completed the upload, confirm that you have completed production according to our post-production guidelines on the project page with the according button.

My Canto Upload doesn't work

Before contacting us, please check the following:

• Is a pop-up blocker active? Since a metadata window appears during the upload, pop-ups must be allowed for the page.
• Does the same error occur with another browser?
• If the error occurs very often, it may be caused by an incorrect time setting on the PC. Please make sure that the time is set correctly on the device on which you are uploading.
