Managing Customised Consent Terms

Customized consent terms allow you to tailor the consent process to meet your specific organizational or project needs. Once published, these terms are automatically synced with all users associated with your organization.


Viewing and Managing Consent Terms

  • Navigate to Consent Terms: Go to the "Consent Terms" tab in the Consent Management section.
  • Search and Filter: Use the search bar to locate specific consent terms by name.
  • View Status: Check the status (e.g., Draft, Published) of your customized consent terms.




Edit / Publish / Delete Consent Terms


Adding New Consent Terms

  • Click "Add Consent Terms": This button is located on the top-right corner of the consent list.
  • Consent Name: Provide a unique name for the consent terms.
  • Text Consent: Write or upload the consent text as a PDF.
  • Audio Consent: Upload an audio file (e.g., MP3) or record audio to accompany the consent text.
  • Visual Consent (coming soon): Upload images or videos to visually explain the consent terms.

Either save as draft or publish (terms are instantly available to all users linked to your organization). 


Note: Published consent terms cannot be edited only archived to ensure traceability of consent terms used in the app. Make sure your terms are approved before publishing them.
