How Do I manage or Cancel My FairConsent Subscription?

Managing or canceling your FairConsent subscription is straightforward. Here's how:

On the FairConsent Platform:

1. Navigate to Users & Licenses:

   • Log in to the FairConsent Platform.
   • Go to the Users & Licenses section from the dashboard.
   • Click on Manage Plan in the Plan Overview section.

2. Update or Cancel Subscription:

   • To make changes to your subscription, such as upgrading or canceling, follow the prompts under Update/Cancel Subscription.
   • If you need to add additional licenses, you can do so directly in this section.

On the FairConsent App:

If you purchased an individual license through the App Store, you have to get the receipt from Apple or Google Play Store.
